I own a hosting company and at the moment we are only using e-mail and telephone for support. I still want to implement one of the ticket systems provided by cPanel. I&#039;ve played around and it looks nice. I guess it would be more easy admin wise.
If a client is rude it sets you off imediately. Personally I just try to stay calm hehe
There will always be some people who thinks they own you.
