Some of the main On Page Factors according to me are

• Search engine friendly web page urls in your site. The inner pages of your site have the urls followed by the domain and then describing your content.
• Optimization of all your meta tags which mainly includes (title, keywords and description)
• Internal linking between the pages in the site. Internal linking must be done wherever required such that google does not spam it.The major pages of your site must be linked to your homepage.
• Creation of sitemap is important so that all your web pages are indexed by search engines
• Good quality content is liked by most of the search engines. Content should be information rich which is relevant and inspiring-yet do not forget the spiders.
• Make sure that your html code is free of errors and warnings

I find that the top on-site SEO methods are:

1. The actual URL name
2. The Title tag
3. Quality of content - keyword density, etc.
4. Alt tags for images
5. Meta tags (description, keywords, etc.)

I'm currently working on a complete overhaul of www.wb-associates.com. This is a well-known Dentist practice brokerage in Texas. They have great site and content, but poor rankings on every keyword.

Grate! Yes definitely Page title is the one of the major optimization to get traffic. Search engine first looks at this tag and understand what the page is about. I think Keywords must be included into this tag but with a meaning full way so that not only search engine but also visitor may gets some idea about the page when viewing the title. One important factor here not to include related keywords many times to get ranking, it may be keyword stuffing and if ,then your time and hard work may waste. Okay, thanks again for posting and sharing also looking forward for some interesting topics next.

Great article..

I have found the page title to be one of the most important pieces of text on the entire web page.

It still amazes me to see people web pages showing nothing but stupid words like Home of "Untitled"

Simply popping the right keyword into the title tag can do wonders to your SEO'ing of your website..

Take care
