Submitting Support Requests

When in need of submitting technical support or billing requests for your web hosting account, the easiest and fastest means of doing so is through our ticket support system, which can be accessed at http://support.readysetconnect.com. This system allows you to submit either tech-related or billling-related requests. When submitting a technical support request, make sure you include the following information:

The primary domain name of the web hosting account in question
The domain pertinent to your request (if different from your primary domain)
The exact problem you are having, with examples for us to recreate the error
Any error messages you are receiving
The time of day that the problem occurred

If you are submitting a request for billing support to ask a question about, upgrade, or modify your billing or web hosting account, please include any of the above information necessary to your request in addition to a means of verifying your account ownership. This includes either your current billing password, the last 4 digits of your credit card on file, or your most recent invoice #.

When you submit a request, a tech will look at your problem as soon as possible, in the order that the requests were submitted. Thus if you submit five requests, the oldest request will be looked at first, and no priority will be given to those who submit more than one request. You will be sent an email when a response is posted to the site. While you are allowed to respond directly to the email we send, it is our recommendation that you post any responses directly at http://support.readysetconnect.com. This will guarantee that all techs see the request and subsequent response as opposed to limiting help to the tech you sent the email to. If you have any questions related to your web hosting account, feel free to submit a ticket.
